General Provisions and Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") are a binding legal agreement covering all services on the abc platform. By opening an account or using any part of the site, the user confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

3.3 Transaction Terms

If a withdrawal request is rejected, the relevant amount will be returned to the account balance. Withdrawals may be restricted while an active bonus wagering requirement is in progress.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users at abc can receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500; to withdraw this bonus amount, a wagering requirement of ৳1,500 × 20 = ৳30,000 must be completed.

4.2 Other Bonuses

Current bonus offers at abc include the abc Weekly Reload (30% of deposit, up to ৳5,000, 18x wagering), abc Slots Festival Bonus (50% of deposit, up to ৳8,000, 20x wagering), and abc Cricket Celebration (40% of deposit, up to ৳6,000, 15x wagering). 4.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus has its own wagering requirements — check the relevant details before claiming an offer.
• Winnings from a bonus balance can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement has been completed.
• Attempting to claim bonuses using multiple accounts may result in both accounts being cancelled and the associated balances being forfeited.
• abc reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer.
• A bonus is not cash — it is a conditional credit only.

• Using another user's account or placing bets on their behalf.

VIP Program and Cashback

The abc VIP Program has four levels — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each level offers cashback at a set rate on weekly net losses:

• Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 1.1% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.5% weekly cashback

For example: as a Gold member, a net loss of ৳20,000 in one week earns ৳20,000 × 1.1% = ৳220 cashback. Cashback is calculated based on each week's net loss (total losses minus total winnings). Cashback is added to the account balance and carries no additional wagering requirement.

VIP level progression is based on recent betting activity. Regular and active participation is required to reach higher levels. The detailed terms of the abc VIP Program are subject to change.

Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

8.2 Closure by the User

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining parts will continue in full force.

12.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the terms of any promotional offers together form the entire agreement between abc and the user. Any previous oral or written understandings are replaced by this agreement.
